What counts as a model?
Each time TellMold generates a 3D shape for you, that's one model. Follow-up questions in the same conversation don't count as separate models.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings and you won't be charged again. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
What file format does it export?
STL, the standard format that every slicer software understands. Drop it into Cura, PrusaSlicer, Bambu Studio, or whatever you use.
Do I need a 3D printer to use TellMold?
You need access to one eventually to actually print things. But you can design and export models with no printer at all, and send the file to a friend or a print service.
What happens when I hit 5 free models?
TellMold will let you know and prompt you to upgrade. Your existing models and conversations are saved. Nothing gets deleted.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe and PayPal. TellMold never sees or stores your card number or banking details.
